Steps to reproduce:

1. Open 2 jsp files
2. Goto Preferences -> HTML Files -> HTML Source
3. Set indent to tabs to indent to spaces
4. Copy any html fragment from 1 file to another
5. when pasting the fragment, only a space appears instead of the fragment

Changing indent to spaces back to tabs workaround the bug
