PDE New Project Wizard Plug-in Content page has duplicating mnemonics. 
Mnemonic "I" is for both "Plug-in ID" & "Plug-in Provider".

Pressing the mnemonic again does not cycle through the fields. User cannot use 
Mnemonic to jump to the "Plug-in Provider" field. This is a accessibility 
violation.
