Problem Description: Yes and No radio buttons are truncated in Create a New
Plugin Project wizard

How to Recreate:
1. File > New > Other > Plugin Development > Plugin Project
2. Click Next
3. Give a project name
4. Click next

Fix in Head.  Patch attached in case we should release the same fix into 3.1.1.

With regard to comment 2, we would like for this NL bug to be released into 
the 3.1.1 stream.
