Hello

Non closeable view can be closed in detached window

I have a view which is set to non closeable in a perspective (layout)

layout.getViewLayout(FilterView.ID).setCloseable(false);

This works fine, the view can't be closed initially. But then I can right click 
on the view's Title and choose "detached"

The detached window has "x" for closing the window. Now the view can be closed :

Is this a bug?
