Description Ingemar Allkvist CLA 2005-07-07 17:42:31 EDT
If I drag & move a method in the java outline, it works with one minor
annoyance. One would excpect the Java (text) editor to scroll to the method;
in the new location.
Instead the editor is left at the former location of the method (probably
since the selection initiating the move)
Comment 1 Ingemar Allkvist CLA 2005-07-07 17:44:20 EDT
The bug is minor, since I can manually select the method at the new location
and thus scroll the java text editor...
Comment 2 Dirk Baeumer CLA 2005-07-08 09:10:38 EDT
Tobias, we might consider resecting the element so that the editor reveals the
element.
Comment 3 Markus Keller CLA 2007-09-25 11:09:05 EDT
The name of the (first) moved member should be selected and revealed in the Java Editor.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
