Description soso CLA 2005-07-02 05:59:30 EDT
I start eclipse that has just been installed. When I use "Alt+/" to invoke the
content assist in java editor,it doesn't work. I open the "Preferences-General-
Keys" dialog and see the value of "Assignments" is "In dialogs and windows",
which is the same as is in the 3.0.1 version. After I add "Editing java source"
to the "Assignments",the content assist works as usual.

Alt+/ has been bound to 'word completion' in eclipse 3.1, but Alt+/ was already
used for two bindings:

- code assist in the emacs keybinding configuration
- code assist in the 'zh' locale

Soso, I assume you are working in a zh locale?

We should change the default keybinding for word completion in these two
configurations.
