Description Nick Lerissa CLA 2005-07-01 16:22:41 EDT
When creating a new Java class with the "New Java Class" dialog
the warnings and errors appear at the top of the dialog. If a
warning is present, such as "The use of the default package is discouraged",
the background of the message area is white as is the top of the dialog.
Howerver when an error message, such as "The name is not valid. The type
name '!' is not a valid identifier", the background of the message is
gray which looks bad with the white background on the top of the dialog.

This is provided by the wizard framework in Platform/UI.
Comment 2 Billy Biggs CLA 2005-07-02 14:09:38 EDT
I am marking this as a duplicate of bug 91217 which is the most recent
discussion about the look of the error message. If an API is added, you may
want to move this back to JDT.
