I created a Web application and dropped a jar file into the lib folder of WEB-
INF. The app ran correctly. I then deleted the jar from the lib folder but the 
jar was NOT deleted from the .deployables folder. I had the project set to 
Build auotmatically.

The builder is not looking at changes to the lib folder.

port from .deployables to publish tasks will fix this
