TPTP logging examples cannot refer to Hyades in their project names or their
readme.html file

The default project name for the following logging samples have to be changed,
since they refer to Hyades:

Logging Example:                         Default Project Name:
Apache Commons Logging Sample         HyadesLoggingCommonsProject
Apache Log4J Logging Sample           HyadesLoggingLog4JProject

Also note that all Hyades references in the readme.html of all the samples have
to be removed.
