Only the low version number of the range is displayed in 31RC3.
Check for instance org.eclipse.swt.win32.win32.x86
This is confusing as it does not matchy the manifest.mf content.

Specifying a range on a Require-Bundle and an Import-Package also had a 
similar issue.

Fixed in 3.1.1 and 3.2
