build N20050623

- created a Plug-ins working set called Runtime containing
org.eclipse.core.runtime (loaded in my workspace)
- did a text search for "-product" in the working set
- it found no matches
- if I create it as a resource or Java working set, it finds the match in
InternalPlatform

Expectation: a Plug-ins working set has the same semantics for search as a
Resource or Java working set, but also allows me to search external plug-ins.
