The "Searching online help" task
(org.eclipse.platform.doc.user/tasks/tsearch.htm) mentions that you can search 
the help from the Search dialog. I tried it and I couldn't.

There is also a help search item in the References section that is no longer 
relevant (org.eclipse.platform.doc.user/reference/ref-searchw.htm)

tsearch.htm reworded and extended to explain new search scope.
