Shortly after startup, I see a job message in the lower right corner of the
workbench window, which reads: "Initializing the Java d...ent tooling".

Couldn't the job be renamed to "Initializing Java development tooling" (without
the "the"). If we're lucky, the job name will not be truncated to "dent tooling"
then.
