The documentation explaining the help system still refers to infopops.  This should be updated to reflect 
the dynamic help view as well as the attached dialog windows.

The file org.eclipse.platform.doc.user/tasks/tf1help.htm also mentions 
infopops and needs to be updated.

chelpsys.htm now explains both help view and infopops.
tf1help.htm mentions both as well.

I will edit topics related to search and help working sets/scope as part of
