TOCs are corrupted by translations. For example, try opening org.eclipse.platform.doc.user.nl1_3.1.0 \nl\zh\TW\tox.xml using InternetExplorer. Displays: An invalid character was found in text content. Error processing resource 'file:///D:/eclipseN0608/eclipse/plugins/org.eclipse.platform.doc.user .nl1_3.1.0/nl/zh/TW/toc.xml'. Line 7, Position 15 <toc label="Hì ko translation have the same issue (TOC corrupted). What should I do to this bug? Is there a bugzilla component for translations? Moved to releng, will assign to Cam. There is also whole bunch of SAX exceptions that help reports in the log after launching help. Each exception specifies the file that has problem. Closing. Cam, please reopen if this remains an issue in 3.x and a fix will be contributed to eclipse.org. Closing. |
