The only way to "Go Into" a selected element in the CVS repositories view is to 
click the right arrow toolbar button.
In the Navigator and Packages views there is a context menu item to do this. In 
addition, normally the right arrow button can only be used to go back into an 
element but not to go into it initially.
This is confusing if you're used to the way the Navigator and Packages views 
work.
