Description Dennis Klemann CLA 2005-06-01 09:24:46 EDT
Hi there!

I use the "switch workplace" feature from time to time and found out that
switching back and forth makes some setting go away:

- All files that are opened in a window don't show Icon supplements such as the
error or the warning symbol - except the active window.

- When a window was maximized, it is no more.

- The cursor is at the beginning of each file - although I managed to get back
to my last position using ALT+left and ALT-right

I think these issues are also present when Eclipse gets started up, but I
haven't fully tested this.

I don't know if this behavior canbe changed, but I appreciate it.
I consider using multiple Eclipse instances for the various workplaces, though,
so for me, this has only minor priority.

Thanks in advance!

Dennis

I found another one: The order of view tabs in a tab folder is not persisted.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got
resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some
reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it.
The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you
still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is
(for whatever reason) no longer relevant.

If the bug is still relevant, please remove the stalebug whiteboard tag.
