The error message at the bottom does not scale well for long error messages (see
screenshot).

There should be at least a way (tooltip? double click to open dialog) to read
the entire message.

Or it should be at the top as it was before.

Error message should use dialog font.

There are currently no plans to work on this however I would be happy to look over a contribution
