1) Start a new workspace
2) Check out org.eclipse.swt and org.eclipse.swt.carbon.macosx.ppc from the eclipse repository
3) Copy .classpath_carbon to .classpath
4) (wait for build to complete)
5) Notice error indicator on this Export-Package line:
      org.eclipse.swt.internal.carbon; x-internal:=true
    in the MANIFEST.MF for org.eclipse.swt.carbon.macosx.ppc
6) Do "Project" -> "Clean..." -> "Clean all projects."
7) (wait for build to complete)
8) Notice error indicator is gone.
