This bug will be used to keep track of the work to clean up API violations in 
org.eclipse.wst.ws. For each violation, either fix our code to use public 
APIs, or open a bug/API request against the Eclipse platform. For the latter, 
please include a bug reference in here. Thanks.

for WTP 1.0.

Let's count all internal usage as "major" since it prevents the function of "easy safe binary compatible updates". (or, at least, reduces the probablity).

I'm closing this as "won't fix". I don't know the status of the new work, but believe in principle we _can_ use the new help server without internal APIs. 

Kathy, please open new "internal use" bugs if that's not the case, against the new framework.

This defect has been in RESOLVE state for some time.  Please verify it with the latest driver.  WTP 2.0.1 RC1 is available at:

This defect is no longer necessary because of the migration of the WSE to Jetty (bug 192785).  Closing.
