The Content Types and the File Associations preferences pages are missing
"Restore Defaults" and "Apply" buttons.

These pages are live.  As you make changes in the pages the state is applied immediately via non-
preference APIs, hence no Apply or Restore defaults buttons.  We might be able to fake-out this 
behaviour, but certainly not for 3.1.

There are currently no plans for the Platform team to work on this.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
