The new Hyades 3.3 and TPTP 4.0 RACs for UNIX and linux
have RAStart and RAStop scripts in their bin directory.
However, the getting_started.html still instructs to use
the barebones RAServer process launch and kill command.
These instructions should be updated to use the new scripts instead.

This is for step 6. and 7. (For Linux and Unix's only)

Also add that the RAStart and RAStop must be used from <unzip_directory>/bin
directory.

I think I got them all (all linux, unix, and os/390, per conversation with
Hendra, for 3.3 and 4.0, in the agent controller plugin and on the web). 

Radu, please change the bug owner to me (khalsted@ca.ibm.com), and I'll mark it
fixed.

Changing bug owner to Keri.

However: The fix seems fine except that the scripts are called RAStart.sh and 
RAStop.sh on the UNIX and LINUX boxes.
Can this be corrected?

Updated in agent controller plugins and on the web. Verify in the same locations
as before.
