The line:

RASERVER_HOME=

requires user to add the installation path of the RAC in order for the script to
work. This should be added to the getting_started.html for all platform except
Windows and iSeries.

Fixes in hand. Testing.
- Check RASERVER_HOME to see if it is valid. It will look for the existance of
$RASERVER_HOME/config/serviceconfig.xml
- If the file does not exist, we assume the value of RASERVER_HOME is invalid
- We prefill RASERVER_HOME with ".." assuming the script is run under the "bin"
dir of the RAC
