See bug 88243.  Should change the Run/Debug pref page to say "Open associated
perspective..." instead of "Switch to associated perspective...".

Please also use "the".  i.e. "Open the associated perpsective..."
I've changed the IDE to do this.  Team was already doing this.

Fixed all references to "perspective" in the debug ui plug-in. Changed 
terminology to "open" in all cases. Changes to 
LaunchConfigurationMessages.properties and DebugPreferencesMessages.properties.
