In a java editor, select the name of the class
Use command-option-R (or the equiv depending on your platform) to rename the file
Choose a new name
Open the edit menu - undo not enabled
Select a new part (the package explorer for instance)
Open the edit menu - undo enabled
Go back to the editor
Open the edit menu - undo not enabled
