I20050509-2010, Motif, KDE 3.3.2, X.orgt 6.8.2 Linux 2.6.11.  I also see this
problem on GTK+ 2.6.4, and I've heard rumours it happens on Windows as well.

When I open the error log, it appears with columns of width zero.

Could you guys please attach the layout code for the table in this view?  I
believe this is a duplicate of Bug 94467.

Konrad, can you follow up on this bug?

Not sure why this problem has surfaced recently without us touching the code 
for months.

This has been happening for quite a while.  We originally felt it was related to
Bug 86329.

I could not reproduce on any platform, so I think the problem was with 
persisted (in preferences) wrong column sizes.  I have added a check to 
recover if width is not > 0.
Please verify.
