If I perform an update on an auto-mergable file, the file should show in the 
sync view as an outgoing change. Currently, it is removed from the sync tree 
and the I must re-sync to commit it.

On a related note, adding an entry to a .cvsignoe file will not refresh the 
sync view (i.e. the now ignored resources stays in the view).

Moving to Jean-Michel, I believe his proposed changes to the sync view fix this
workflow.

This will require a fundamental change in the way the sync view currently works.
All actions run in the context of a SyncCompareInput remove the affected node
automatically.
