The Forward / Backward History in the Preferences dialog should support keyboard
shortcuts Navigate > Forward / Backward History (Alt+Left / Alt+Right).

There are currently no plans to work on this feature although we would be happy to review a patch.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
