- open a plugin.xml and insert charcter '=' at the beginning
- save
- open the Problems view and right-click the error
=> A dialog shows up, saying "The source page has errors. Other pages cannot be
used until these errors are corrected." I didn't want to switch pages.

- close the dialog, then left-click once on the problem in the problems view
=> two dialogs with the same message are opened (stacked)

This works fine using the latest code. 

Must have gotten fixed at some point over the past two years.
