It is possible to get the dynamic help dialog to overlap or trail behind a
wizard when docked and repositioning the wizard.

1.) Open the "New" wizard.
2.) Press "Ctrl+F1" to open the dynamic help dialog, and dock it to the right
(position it flush to the right of the wizard).
3.) Drag the wizard to the right or to the left.

Notice that the dynamic help dialog will no longer be flush with the wizard.
Depending on which way you dragged, it will either now be overlapping the wizard
or spaced away from the wizard. The speed at which you drag affects the
distance, but even moderate speeds can cause this effect.

On GTK, we will open the help window on top of the dialog and no tracking will
take place.
