In bug 84406, Matt reports:

> I'm seeing this when the part is first opened.  The call to perspective.getViews
does not return the view that was just opened when called from
SaveAllAction.partOpened.

I've verified that it worked the same way in 3.0 as well.  During partOpened
triggered by a showView, findView, getViewReferences() and getViews() do not
find the view.

I've added testViewFoundWhenOpened() and testEditorFoundWhenOpened() to
IPartServiceTest. testViewFoundWhenOpened() is currently commented out, but
should be uncommented once this is fixed.

When this is fixed, should remove the workaround in SaveAllAction.  See bug 84406.

Actually, not for 3.1.

Although this change makes sense, I don't want to mess with event ordering this
late in the game unless it fixes specific bugs.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
