In 3.1 M7, XMLMemento was changed to use its own DOMWriter instead of the XML
transformation support, in order to compile against JCL Foundation (bug 80053).

Should have tests for XMLMemento, with an emphasis on reading/writing (not much
'rithmetic), including regression tests for the known bugs caused by this change.

Patch reviewed and applied.  All tests pass with the fixes for bug 93718 and bug
93720.  Thanks Boris.

Verified that the test class is checked in and tagged, and that the new test 
cases are being run as part of the integration builds (I20050512-2035).
