Every time I'm developing, Eclipse eventually gets into a state where I can only
have two editors open at a time.  If I attempt to open another, I get
NullPointerException in EditorManager.reuseInternalEditor().  I'll attach a
stack trace.

OK, this time I get 4 editors, but otherwise it's the same behavior.
