Summary: GB18030: JVM Dump Handler occurs while rename C++ project name with 
DBCS characters.

Steps to recreate problem: 
1. Start Eclipse, select File->New->Project.... 
2. In the New project dialog, select C++/Standard Make C++ Project, click Next. 
3. Enter the name "testCPP", click Next. 
4. In the Binary Parser tab, select Elf Parser for linux in the drop down box. 
Click Finish. 
5. Click Yes if the Confirm Perspective Switch dialog pops up.
6. In the C/C++ Projects view, right click on the project and select Rename. 
7. Move focus to project name end, use PINYIN IME by pressing "ceshi", 
Press "Enter" finish.
   -->Problem: Terminal output: "JVMDG217: Dump Handler is Processing Signal 
11 - Please Wait." and a javacore file generated, pls see attachments.

Expected Result: Eclipse is running normal.

Remark:
1. Javacore file and workspace file are attached 
2. No this problem on SLES9.
3. No this problem on windows platform.
4. Before executing above steps, all the fonts have been set to GB18030 
character set from menu Windows -> Preference -> General -> Appearance -> 
Colors & Fonts.

Change severity from normal to major because this defect cause JVM dump and 
Eclipse exits.

I think this is a duplicate of bug 89720.
