The product editor allows users to set the config.ini to use when 
running/packaging the product.  It also allows users to specify values for the 
program and vm args. These eventually make their way into a launcher.ini file 
when the product is run or packaged.

Since PDE does not currently support direct packaging of products, develoers 
needing a launcher.ini need to define the file and then duplicate the contents 
inthe product editor.  Worse, the only way they will ever that that file 
included in the root of their ouptut is if their product is feature based 
(otherwise they have nowehere to sped the rootfiles).

Suggestion: change the launcher.ini support in the product editor to allow for 
the specificaiton of a file to use as the launcher.ini.  

We have ot be sure that the branding works correctly.  Also would likely 
require that PDE parse the file and find the program and VM args to construct 
the launch configuration.

There has been no interest in fixing this for several years.  Closing as WONTFIX.  Please reopen if you can contribute a fix.
