Note: I am not positive of when this happens (apologies).

- In the packages view
- Choose Show Referenced Libraries
- Sometimes it will show the libraries and also expand them to
  show their entire contents (i.e. every package)
  I don't know if this is intentional or a bug, but its very disorienting and I 
persobally find the firts thing I have to do is collapse them to find where I 
am again.

(Let me know if you need me to try and come up with steps for this or if you 
aware of it. I did a quick retry of the steps but could not repeat).
