On Windows XP in the WizardDialogs the setting of an error message changes the 
background of the title area to the same color as the rest of the dialog. It 
probably should be either white like the rest of the title area or some other 
color than the dialog background. Also, if the color needs to be different 
then I would suggest a fading and not such an abrupt blending with the icon.

We need to use a system color to make sure we catch all of your settings. Wealso
need to be sure that the text color you are using can be seen on it. This pretty
much leaves us with only SWT.COLOR_WIDGET_BACKGROUND.
