The validate on save option on the validation preferences page will be greyed 
out if auto build is not enabled. While this function makes sense it is 
confusing for users as they do not know how to enable this function. I suggest 
that a lightbulb help item be placed next to the validate on save preference 
when it is greyed out informing the user that they must enable auto build to 
enable this preference.

Vijay, instead of simply stating that this cannot be contained I've added the
"helpwanted" keyword. Let's see if someone in the community can help with this
enhancement.

The requirement is not applicable anymore since the validation preference page has been changed and doesn't contain the "validate on save"  preference.
