"..." hover in Visual Studio .NET none

When a text is folded in a editor, the "..." icon after the text should be
clickable, and in a double-click event, it must unfold, just like if I click in
the triangle ">" icon on the left.

It is more intuitive to double click the "..." to unfold, than to click on the
left triangle, and it works in other IDEs like Visual Studio.

The hover must work too, when the mouse pointer is over the "...".

I think the "..." icon should be a little bigger, too.
