If you rename a test suite from AllTests.java to another name, it is no longer
possible to use the functionality of "Recreate Test Suite...". The same is also
true, if you choose a different name than AllTests.java when you create a new
test suite.

Some sort of name filter is likely necessary: actually checking for a suite()
method would be rather expensive on every menu opening.  Would any class ending
with ...Tests work OK, Daniel?

Verified that a test suite like XXXTests has the content menu and that it is
still missing on a class XXX
