The Web Service client and skeleton wizards should be plugged into the Web 
service consumer framework (89085) so that the wizards can be launched from the 
Web Services Explorer. Detailed requirements and design are forthcoming in a 
design document, a link to which will be appended to this defect.

Collectively, RFE bug 89102, RFE bug 89085 and RFE bug 98930 will re-equip the Web Services Explorer (WSE) with the ability to launch the Web service wizards for WSDL that has been discovered or loaded into the WSE. This is function that was disabled back in WTP 0.7 when the WSE was refactored from the JST subproject to the WST subproject.
