When I create a new resource (File > New > *Resource like a file* ), it will be
usefull to have a new page in the wizard, how propose to add the new file in
some existing "working set". At this time, if I work with the a "working set"
and I create a new file, this file is invisible is resource view, because it is
not a member or the current "working set".
