There is no plan to address this issue but patches will be accepted. I could not reproduce the problem. The prompt always included the editors list and the Team->Show Editors menu was always present. I've tried to reproduce the problem using all combinations of CVSNT 2.0.9, Unix- CVS 1.12.9, Eclipse 3.1M6 and Eclipse 3.1RC3. With Eclipse 3.1RC3 I switched the preference "Send a CVS edit notification to the server in the background" to "Send a CVS edit notification to the server" Opening the Editors view from Window->Show View will in fact give an empty view, but this is normal. The Editors view is populated only with Team->Show Editors. Can you give more details how to reproduce the problem? The menu menu was missing at one point in 3.1 but it has been added back. |
