Classes like the FormEntry and TablePart would be very useful when developing
applications that use the form toolkit, but unfortunately these classes are
currently not easily available because they are 'internal' and located in the
pdeui plugin. However, it looks like it would be easy to move almost all of
the classes in org.eclipse.pde.internal.ui.parts to the forms plugin. This
would also provide a framework that would encourage the development of more
advanced 'form parts', as discussed in this tread:

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
Please reopen this bug if it is still valid for you.
