Description Randy Hudson CLA 2005-02-22 13:19:40 EST
After moving to M5 from 3.0.1, outgoing changes are displayed using the
incorrect font. The treeitems are slightly smaller than the system font.

I'm using WinXP, with Display resolution of 125 d.p.i.

Which outgoing changes? Do you mean the ones in the sync view or in any
Navigator view?
Comment 2 Randy Hudson CLA 2005-02-22 14:27:43 EST
Package Explorer
Comment 3 Michael Valenta CLA 2005-03-10 15:51:07 EST
CVs uses the theme support to obtain the font to use. Did you set the CVS
decoration font? If not, perhaps somehow the font being obtained from the
theme support is different then the font being used by the tree viewer.

Note that although not technically a duplicate, a fix for bug 73374 may
address this issue as well.

This is still broken in M7.
Comment 5 Kim Horne CLA 2005-05-19 14:22:33 EDT
Not surprising, considering I havn't looked at it. ;)

This screenshot shows the font height differences. It also shows that the
background color of treeitems is being set to black for some reason.

Hmm. I'm not sure how the themes support can be directly to blame for this. I've never seen the
behaviour myself so it would be interesting to know who's calling setFont() on TreeItems and where the
colour is coming from. Think you can delve into it a bit for us Randy?
Comment 8 Randy Hudson CLA 2005-05-19 15:57:30 EDT
It should be simple to reproduce once you've changed your display's DPI.

I'm not going to have time to look at this for 3.1. If you want to be helpful and help track this down
(seeing as you're the only one who's reported seeing it) please feel free to reopen it.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
Please reopen this bug if it is still valid for you.
