In a new workspace, switch to Debug Perspective and execute "Debug As > Eclipse
Application". The Debug view only shows the main thread - all other threads are
missing.

workaround: suspend the process ==> all threads appear, Resume

This was due to the fix for bug 85579.

Fixed in LaunchView. The parent of the CREATE event element should be 
refreshed rather than the source of the CREATE event.
