Reassigning bugs in component areas that are changing ownership. Remy is now responsible for watching the [ViewMgmt] category. This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant. Still we could not find a way to hide context action menu on view tab item. We have problem with "Detach" context action still visible, even if "NoDetach" tag have been set on that Part. It would be nice to have a fairly easy way to manage this context menu or at least a tag which can turn those options on/off. The NoDetach tag should be supported as of Bug 562663, together with NoClose tag on a part (and all it siblings) the menu should not appear. In Eclipse 4: For general customization of the part menu, the the StackRenderer (specifically StackRenderer#populateTabMenu) can be overridden to customize the menu. A custom WorkbenchRendererFactory can provide the customized renderer. |
