If you create a new project AND you have a working set selected in the Package
Explorer, it would be nice to have have eclipse prompt you if you want to
automatically add it to the current working set.

It would be nice to have this feature not only for created projects but also for
imported projects and projects pulled in from CVS/team sources.  I'm not sure
how we could do this on a global level, however...
