Using build 2002-01-23

Using the keyboard, activate a view. Open the view's system menu (using Alt + -
) and select Move > View. Using the arrow keys, move the view outside the 
workbench window and hit enter to turn it into a detach window view.

At that point, the detached view has focus, but pressing Alt + - to access the 
system menu does nothing. Tabbing only brings you to the toolbar of the view. 
Can't find a way to access the workbench window again without using the mouse.
