If there are no errors, and a new error is found, the error is not immediately 
visible in the problems view. 
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 
1.) Open the problems view with only warnings showing. 
2.) Introduce an error. 
 
 
The description of the view is updated to mention the new error, but the error 
is not visible.  To view the error, the user must scroll up in the problems 
view.  In general, I feel that the errors are more interesting than the 
warnings.
